What about sending real sms texts? Is this a re-buy of the add-on? Do you know if your phone has been enabled on volte here yet?

Try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work, go into your network settings and pick T-Mobile and reboot. I am assuming you purchased a roaming package or have a Can/US package?
