US roaming

I am currently roaming in the US and I used up all of my 250meg roaming data. I tried to add another 250meg but the option was unavailable. I beleive i mistakenly added 200megs of Canadian data which i dont need since I still have about 1700megs of data at home. Please add another 250meg US roaming to my account, asap. And please refund the accidental 200meg domestic data that I dont need.

You will not be abel to add another 250 until your 10 days is up as the add-on won't be available until after the 10 days.  You can add 500mb for $15 or 1GB for $20.  You will need to contact the moderators to get a credit on the purchase of the incorrect add-on click this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon.  Follow the prompts to get to the Contact Us button and then a Submit Ticket button will appear.

 

Community Moderators are available from Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm(Eastern)
