US roaming “ talk and text” add on purchased, Visa has been debited the cost…. but add on will not activate

@chwk - if you already used this same type Roaming addon and the first one is expired, or near expiry, than you will need to purchase a different Roaming addon to get services.

Or, wait until the full 360 hours of the first addon to expire + 24 hours (yeah, silly, needs to be an additional 24 hours for some strange reason) then buy the 2nd one.

Or, get CSA to get the same Roaming addon working on your account for you by submitting a ticket to them.

Critical part to US roaming depends on T-Mobile coverage and whether you can connect to T-Mobile network or not 

If the phone is not connecting to T-Mobile, change the Network Connection from Automatic to Manual and select T-Mobile  

For your issue  with voice, make sure VoLTE is enabled on the device setting.  And if it does not work, try to change the Preferred Network Type or Network Mode to 2G and see if the calls goes through
Also, you can download VoIP app TextNow as a workaround to make calls and text if you have Wifi

Are you in Alaska? Is this a re-buy of that bundle? Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte?
