I lost my phone and want to switch my number from the sim in the lost phone to a new sim

@Svealand - why can't you pay on your account? What is happening? Are you having issues logging in or in the payment section? Try opening a tab in incognito mode and try again.

@Svealand so, you cannot login My account now?
Call 1.855.4PUBLIC, enter 1 for English and your phone number, does the system able to locate your account??

Well I shure found out it’s glitched🤬 the last website change has robbed me of my phone number, now that I can’t pay on my account I’m trying to switch my lost phone number to my new phone

@Svealand Once you have new SIM card in hand go to my account profile tab like this to swap sim numbers
SIM SWAPPING profile tabs
Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device

@Svealand yes , you can easily done
you have a new sim already?
Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.
Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request

Easy!
Get new SIM and do SIM transfer.
Go to Profile and there you have:
- Change phone number
- Change SIM number
- Transfer Phone Number
