US roaming refund

the US roaming ad on did not work in Alaska. Now I just get an error when I try to submit a ticket for a refund.  Very frustrating. What do I do if I can’t even submit a ticket?

Hi @SAS1 the roaming fails since around a year ago when AT&T no longer works for our roaming 

please submit ticket with CS agent via messaging ( Chatbot ticket is not working)

yes Alaska is the only state the roaming does not work

please open ticket with support for refund

1. Open ticket via Chatbot at: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

             Click "Yes, I'm a customer", then click "Sign In", once signed in, ignore the choices and type "Contact agent"
              Then click "Contact Us", and click "My Account".  Finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗ " and you can open the ticket

2. Or if you have trouble with Chatbot, Private message CS agent at

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
