In your self service account, do you see the US roaming add on. Just make sure that you purchased the correct data add on. Some customer purchase the Canadian data add on.

You may also want to toggle airplane mode on, then off. Even a network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi passwords)

So you see the day counter for the add-on? Are you in Alaska?
