My husband is in the US and he just added the roaming add on ( while in the US) as he forgot to do it before he left. On your help page it suggested turning cellular data on, then going into cellular data network and changing the APN to SP.MB.COM. He did that but the roaming is not working. He turned his phone off and back on . Still not working.

@Krd1 Should say on top of phone also go to phone settings / cellular / network

Where does he check to see if he's connected to T- mobile ( not great on cellphone haha!)

To connect to T- Mobile or check to see if it is automatic do I go to network settings?

@Krd1 Make sure he’s has data roaming on , connected to TMobile and reboot the device

@Krd1 , the APN settings for US roaming are identical to when using the service in Canada, no change required. To use data in the US, the roaming data setting must be enabled. Check that the phone is able to connect to T-Mobile automatically. If not, then manually connect to T-Mobile.
