It works in my account as well, but not in my wife's! Strange!

@Winfried You must have a regular plan to have the add-on roaming.

@Winfried, clear your browser cache/cookies, close the browser and retry.

 

Note that if you have any active Add-On(s), you cannot repurchase the same Add-On(s) until after they have expired.

Try another browser

Try incognito mode in Chrome

If those fail, maybe try adding it through 611 on your device
