Calls to US number I get a message that says I have used all my minutes. So far I have used 0 minutes this month. My plan I just upgraded to include unlimited US minutes

Sounds like a glitch message. Reboot your phone and call someone in Canada you call on a regular basis. If it goes thru then try calling the US phone #.

The only plan that includes unlimited calling to the USA is the $45?Canada/USA plan.
You can use WhatsApp if you and your other party also have this app for free calling and text while connected to wifi or data.

Are you still able to call the US though. PM is a prepaid so there won't be any extra charges.
If you still the message after 48 hours then you need to contact customer service agent to fix your issue. Either via the following link:

to be sure...which plan have you subscribed to ? Is it the Cdn/US plan or did you get 1000 minutes US calling add-on ?
