My package ended yesterday and I went in to buy another package for 15 days and got a receipt saying I purchased it but it hasn’t updated. It’s saying under my add ons 0/15 days left.

You can't buy the same add-on while it still shows 0/15. That has to disappear before you can buy it again. Click all the little spinner refresh icons lower down to update the info. Do you show at least $30 in your balance? You could use that money to buy the other bundle and buy different data. Or ask support to do all the re-buying for you.

You shouldn't buy the same roaming add-on until 360 hours plus 24 hours have elapsed..otherwise there's a known glitch that you're currently experiencing.
You can buy the other roaming add-ons w/o problem.

@GenevieveTucker , please check your online account using incognito mode to ensure that current information is being viewed. Also, I think there is a time between expiry of a roaming add-on and repurchase of the same add-on.
