there's been a few instances where I'll receive voicemails without my caller id showing any missed calls. Is this normal? is there anyway in the voicemail menu to see who might have tried to reach me if they don't provide me with that information?
I know that even when I receive a all from a blocked number I will still get a notification of some sort that this number tried to reach me. I just though this was odd.

@bucknekked I would suggest to try this first
delete all the messages from your voicemail
on the phone, reset the voicemail counter if there is a red dot or number there at the moment.
Then disable voicemail notifications. Reboot the phone
Wait 15 mins and then enable voicemail notifications
Then test leaving yourself a voicemail and see if the notification comes

@bucknekked are you using an iPhone?
this has been an ongoing issue for iPhone users, not just with Public Mobile but with different providers as well
Which iOS version you have? one way that fix the issue is to update it to the latest iOS. Try it

yes you should get notifications about the call and id. try going into the settings of your voicemail to fix it and if you cant contact an agent
