Hi,
Last week, I went to Vancouver, Washington to visit family. I purchased the $20 10 day US add on for talk/text/250 data. Unfortunately, after only one day my phone totally died and I had no phone for the rest of the trip. Is there any way to either get a refund or a way to use the remaining 9 days on my next trip to the US (I go a few times a year)? It was frustrating enough to have my new phone die on me!!
Thank you,
Jessica
PS - I don't know if this is the correct place to make this request but I thought I'd try:)

@JeffH , I have removed your screenshot because it contains your Public Mobile account number. Please also go into your community account profile and delete the image.

@JeffH it's a good thing you couldn't be bothered to try to make it work, since it never would have with the add-ons you selected.

Not relevant.
You had bought a long distance add-on and appear to have used 6 minutes of it (could also be 0). Maybe your 90 day plan is province-wide.
You had also bought a 200mb add-on. This will likely be useless to you unless you use all your data in your 90 day plan.
These are only usable while in Canada.
To use Public Mobile in the states, you need to buy US Roaming add-ons and then connect to a US network while in the US. And they expire in 10 days from the date of purchase.

The addons you purchasedare not for roaming use...Canada only...

Yes base service is fine
Ok..so those are not US roaming add-ons.
You bought the long distance add-on and the 200mb add-on. All only functional while in Canada.
You needed to have bought the US Roaming add-ons.
Unless of course they've expired and dropped off by now as they're only good for 10 days.

Maybe could you post a screenshot of the overview page of her account. Blank out personal info of course.
Maybe even the payment history.
Does the base service have a talk component?

Nothing worked?
Did you add funds into your account?
Did you purchase the add-on?
Do you see the add-on lower down on your overview page?
Do you still see the amount you added in your Available Funds?
Did you turn on all roaming options on your phone?
Did you manually scan for and find and connect to either AT&T or T-Mobile when in the states?
Refunds seem pretty rare but you might get credit back into your account. For that you would need the @Moderator_Team.
