I’ve just purchased a US Roaming for unlimited talk from the credit I have available in my account. My account balance reflects the add on was paid for. I’ve rebooted my phone and checked my available add on but it doesn’t appear in my account. Is there a step I’ve missed??

BorisDoris: The things that have a limit show on the my data & add-ons. The things have have no limit show on the plan details. So us roaming talk and text end up being the only different thing to show up on plan details because they're unlimited.

Only US talk add-on or ANY talk add-on?

HI @feishueili   Make sure you manually select the Network operator , choose T-Mobile or AT&T from the list, if one does not work, choose the other one

Purchasing an add-on after logging in into your PM account is a two-step process. You need to load funds first and then purchase add on.

  1. Add funds to your PM account: Any funds to buy add-ons come from your balance, so manually add funds to your available balance first.
  2. Buy Add-On: You will actually buy the add-on after you add funds to your account or else you won't have funds to actually buy the add-on. Funds to buy add-on come from Your account (after adding funds in step #1) and not directly from your credit card.

Do you actually see this add-on on your account?

The talk add-on only shows up on the plan details page. Is the add-on working though? You might have your phone set to manual networks. Change it to T-Mobile and it should work.

@feishueili What is the Account balance (Available Fund) showing on your My Account?  $0?

 

If you check Plan details page (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/) , do you see the roaming add-on there?

 

If you check the Transaction History (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/) , do you see both the loading of fund and then the purchase of the add-on as 2 entries?
