Just paid for my second 15 day US Roam talk/text/data. The money was taken off my credit card but does not show up on my mobility account and I cannot do anything on my phone.

@linders You have to wait 24 hours after the first one ends to re buy same add on . You can only buy buffet US add on back to back without the wait . But support can help you help you to purchase very same US add on back to back with out the 24 hour wait . Stupid I know and it’s been a known glitch for years and still not fixed . But here’s how to get support

re-buying same roaming is troublesom, you are supposed to wait 24 hours after first one expired to re-buy. if you buy too early, the money will be charged but the add-on won't show up and cannot be used
But PM support agent can help , please submit a ticket with CS Agent here, they can manually put the roaming add-on back
