US Roaming stopped working

Hello,

I bought a US Roaming 1 Giga Data (for 10 days) on October 21. I arrived in US and started to use my adds on plan on October 23rd. Suddenly, it stopped working today. I checked my usage, and I only used 48% of the adds on data. It has been only 7 days of my purchase. Does anyone know what could be the problem please? 

How can I talk to a moderator, please?

My service was working then I lost data

My husband accessed his community account and was able to get a message from a support agent. We followed the steps and now the roaming is working. Thank you for your support.

All replies from customer support come to your private message box in the community. The envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen. Generally they respond within the hour. Where are you in the US?

I tried all of your suggestions, and it's still not working. It says "no service". 

It is weird because I was connected to T-Mobile since Sunday and today it stopped working suddenly. I'm desperate because I need the data to drive to the airport on Sunday. 

My husband submitted 3 tickets to talk to a support agent and he hasn't received any e-mails so far.

Are you connected to T-Mobile or AT&T? Double check your data and Roaming settings and reboot your phone. If still no joy toggle airplane mode on/off. Report back.
