Hi,
I recently used the US Roaming Talk+Text+250MB Data plan, and it worked wonderfully.
However, I'm now travelling again for work and will be gone for more than 10 days, and I will almost certainly need more data than 250MB. I can get the extra data add-on, I know, but ... why oh why doesn't Public Mobile offer the option to buy bundles that stretch longer than 10 days!?? It seems so obvious from this forum that many, many people want this option. Why not offer 10 days, 14 days, and one month??? Anything! An option of 14 days with 500MB or 14 days with 1GB of data ... it seems like it would be so easy to provide. The mechanism is surely in place to do so. As a salesperson who travels, I need to rely on data when I'm away from wifi networks. Also, it's ridiculous to me that I should have to go through the process of buying another 10 days in the middle of a longer trip. This alone is making it hard to justify staying with Public Mobile ... and I very much WANT to!

Public mobile's 10 day roaming packages has been going on for many years. Not sure whether they will ever change that model.
Have you travel to USA recently and used the PM roaming package? FYI, the services can be spotty at times with the 3G network decommissioning in the USA.
According to Public mobile,
PM will have T mobile 2G network for US roaming.
Voice and SMS text will still work.
Data will work on LTE, but will switch over to 2G to make a call.
However, the quality of service will vary depending on the different coverage areas when roaming in the USA.
Public mobile is working on a long term solution (voLTE), but that will take time (hopefully by year end).

US add-ons are limited to 10 days.
I guess PM does not consider longer period for add-on due to lack of interest. And maybe contract with US providers gets more expensive? Who knows. You are always free to suggest your idea to agent, though...
