@Mae2 - addons only work on an Active plan. So ensure your plan is active in My Account.
I hope this is not a case where your plan renews, yet the roaming addon stops working after the renewal takes place.
How many days were left on the first roaming addon when your plan was due to renew?

@Mae2 Login to My Account using Incognito mode and confirm if your regular plan just got suspended for failling to renew, maybe Pre-authorized payment failed

Are you in the US now? If you're in Canada, you can buy more Canada wide mins to add to your account and they don't expire until they're used up.

Is your service showing as active? Is this a roaming re-buy? Or first one for this trip? Do you still see the prior add-ons with the days left like 3/15 or whatever? Do you still see the amount you paid in your balance?

@Mae2 If trying to re buy very same US add on you need to wait 12-24 hours after first one ends or choose a different US add on .. only other way to get very same US add on back to back is asking support help with out the wait
