I just realise I forgot to recharge my old account I am not able to login my account

Is there any way I can get back same number again

I already had new public mobile number

When you call 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device and enter the phone number, does it say Public Mobile cannot find your account? If so, then the number and account is gone/lost.

@vishalpatel27   was the account suspended over 90 days?  Acccont suspended for less than 90 days can be reactivated easily, just login and pay and it will reactivate.

 

if your account was suspended for over 90 days , but not too much longer , there is a chance you can get that number back, (ONLY if you got the number from PM as a new number before, not ported in from another provider)

 

You can try to open ticket with PM support and hope for the best
