Hello,
This might be unrealistic, but my Christmas flights to my family in the USA got cancelled as did the attempt at rebooking. I had already paid for the add-on before the flight was cancelled. Any DP's of PM being gracious enough to refund an unused (and unneeded) add-on. It just started a day ago and I would be happy to send proof of flight cancellations.

@tituscsmith if you have not used the roaming addon yet, usually PM supports are very understanding and will reverse the transaction and put the money back to your account for future use, like renewal
Please open ticket with PM support using Chatbot:

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
