US Roaming Question - Can you buy 2 DIFFERENT add-on simultaneously

Hi, I did a quick search in the community but couldn't find the answer to my question.

I am going to Cali next month and want to buy 2 different add-ons to be used at the same time.

Add-on #1 : US Talk Only for $8 for 10 days

Add-on #2 : US 1 GB Data for $20 for 10 days

QUESTION :  Are the above multiple add-on purchases possible, or do I have to purchase the US Talk, Text, Data Bundle which only provides 250 mb data for $20.

@will13am that is why i mentioned the 1855 number  you can do it from your phone when in the USA and it will start then and  there when you purchase it. no need to do it from canada

The oracles were notified of the clarification on US add-on stacking.  As correctly stated by @mimmo, multiple add-ons can be purchased as long as there is no duplication.  Add-ons will commence immediately when purchased.  Each active add-on will have their own start and end dates. 

TBH, it is not an ideal situation.  I have lobbied for a customer specified start date.  Then the customer has the choice to run add-ons, even duplicate ones consecutively or concurrently.

@Korth add-on starts on day activated and ends 10 days later. No pausing.

You can activate online or via calling 611 or if in states you can call the 1855 number instead of 611

Going to be in and out of USA a few days at a time over the next few months ...

Multiple addons can be active simultaneously, just not two or more of the same kind?

Must call 1-855-4PUBLIC to activate (with your PIN) and need a credit card number on file.  But can the add-on(s) be deactivated/reactivated on demand to span 10 day add-on services across multiple visits, will they deactivate automatically when you return to Canada, or do they just stay active until they burn out after 10 days?

 just a note you will be able to receive sms even if you dont get a sms usa addon. you will just not be able to send them.
