Hi,
I just added US Roaming for 10 days, $20. My credit card was charged and I can see available funds $20. In the add-ons, I don't see the feature added to my account. I also didn't get any email or text message confirming that add-on is actually added to my account.
How to confirm the US roaming add-on is actually added to the account?

You're not buying it twice...your adding money to your account then making your choice and paying for it. It's like a vending machine. You put your money in but the vending machine doesn't know what you want...you have to choose "coke" or "sprite" then you get you're soda of choice. Only difference in there's no coin return button and pm doesn't give change back. So like the bus..exact fare only. Or a reloadable card. Analogies over.

If anyone needs us to verify the add-on purchase, don't hesitate to send us a message. You also don't need to 'buy' it twice; it should work on the first try 🙂

Thanks for asking this. I was just going to ask the same thing. I didn't realize you need to "buy" twice to get an add on.
I should add that on my second buy attempt the website is stuck at "This may take a minute or two" for 5 minutes now.

If U were charged 2x, send a PM Mod a private message, they should be able to rectify this

Yes, it is a 2 step process. They should have instructions for that to avoid confusion over this addon.

@cash yes it has been a known issue with that addon anyway that the money gets charged to fyour credit card but the funds go to available Funds rather than to the addon. So as you found out you needed to go back in and get the addon again. As you seem to be a newer member here a great way to show your appreciation for the help @will13am gave you, you can mark his post as a solution to your issue.

I am not totally familiar with buying add-ons, I thought the steps were top up the account so there is money available to make the purchase, buy the add-on. If you are showing funds in the account, it would appear the money hadn't been used to make the purchase.
