I purchased 1 GB of US data for $20.00. I just received a text saying that %75 of it was used. I decided to purchase another GB but when I went to add ons my only option was 500 MB for $15.00? Is this my only option?

Well this is interesting @rogercrewe . So when you went to purchase more it would not show you the current Roaming addon you are currently running while in the USA?
I think this is a GOOD THING! Since that glitch about buying 2 Roaming addons at the same time can mess things up.
But, i'd be nice if it would explain that to you while in your My Account/Self Serve, wouldn't it?

@rogercrewe For US add-on, usually you have to wait till the end of the 10 days expiry, then wait another 24 hours before you can re-purchase the same one. You don't have to wait like that if you buy a different add-on
OR, you can first add enough fund on your account, then open ticket with PM Support and have them to add it for you immediately as they can override the expiry and wait time.
To open ticket with PM:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
However, since you are using that much data, if you are there for longer and require a lot more data, it would be cheaper to buy local prepaid data in US, cheaper and more data comes with it. Maybe you should think about that option
