US Calls Add-on not working

I need to make a US call. When I try to make the call I get a message saying that I'm out of minutes. I bought 15 days of US talk/text add-on. It's showing up in my account. However, I've restarted my phone and I still get the same error message. How long does it take for add-ons to take effect?

If you are calling while in the USA, you will need to manually change the cellular network setting to T-Mobile or AT&T.

If you are calling while in Canada, you need to purchase a LD USA calling add-on.

But you can use WhatsApp or TextNow app on WiFi for free calling and texting.

you got the wrong addon if you are calling from Canada.  the 15 days is for use when you are in US

you should get this one:
