Once again we went to the US and had nothing but issues with our Add On. I would buy Add Ons and then get a message from Public Mobile saying I was out of minutes or Data. I would repeat the process and so on and so on. Now when I get I have been charged $147.00 on a $40.00 contract. I think Public Mobile owes me a $40.00 refund.

So you're back now? Sounds like you had all kinds of payment issues and did things that maybe don't work properly here. It's always useful to consult the community. There are a lot of clever people here. You would need to contact support to straighten out all the money but maybe you'd be willing to provide your payment history from here so we can see what all transpired since you started this adventure.
