I change my plan to a lower cost one .just check my account and it never changed. It was soppose to automatically change on Nov 26 .

It should be cache issue. Try to clear browser cache.

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
Did you get charged NEW plan cost or old one? What your transaction history says? Credit card?
