Could a Public Mobile employee please private message me. I had $150 balance in my account on Aug. 26 and had a plan switch scheduled to Aug. 27. On Aug 27 the $150.00 balance disappeared and is now zero, but I have no phone service, on Self Serve it says 'Pick a Plan'. I cannot choose a plan due to the zero balance.
Please help me solve this issue, I urgently need my phone service back!

Shazia_K successfully fixed the issue for me and I now have phone service again.
