unable to login/unable to reset password

Hello,

someone has just reached out to me and is unable to login to their account on PM.  The forgot password option prompts them to post on the message boards here, but the problem is they can't login to this service either.  Trying to reset their password on the message boards always returns with a message saying "cannot complete" or something to that effect.  Am i able to reach out to the moderators for some help on this?

As long as you have some info about them, they should be able as long as you can explain why they are unable to reach out themselves... I've done so for an elderly family members before.

 The password reset button function has not been working correctly for sometime now. In order to have your password reset you will need the assistance of the moderators. Use this link: @CS_Agent, provide them with the name, account number and a brief explanation of your issue and they will be able to manually reset your password for your friend.
