To moderators,
I tried to activate my sim card two days ago (Tuesday) and port over my number from Chatr, but the activation failed. When I tried to reactivate, it said my sim card is invalid. I have received a confirmation email detailing my plan and my credit have been charged. I cannot even log into my account with the email address I signed up for.
I have been without phone services for over 2 days! I have private messaged few moderators but to date none of the messages have even been read, thus I am posting here to request immediate help. Please check your inbox and activate my account!

If you haven't already, please private message @Shazia_K your phone number & old service provider account number. The port failed due to the wrong information entered.

Did you port your number, or just activate your sim?

I tried activating the sim card on Tuesday. I copy pasted my message to the moderator from two days ago. Forgot to edit it.
My Chatr sim no longer works and the new PM sim card also don't work.

Wait, how come you don't have service for 2 days if you only trtied to activate your SIM today? Does your old SIM card still work on Chatr? If so, I suggest you keep using that until the mods reply and can help you out with your account and porting issue.
