I have a ticket number and have been waiting nearly 24 hours with not access to my phone. How do I get someone to help me????

Got the SIM PUK number from customer service and all is back to normal--woo hoo!. Sending a direct message to Customer Service here seemed faster than the ticket route. Just my experience.

You sure you are asking for a sim card PUK and not carrier unlock PIN? PM might not be able to help for carrier unlock PIN
And you can get it quick if you have a Samsung phone by calling Samsung

It is a SIM PUK that is needed. I was hoping someone had a better way to get in touch with customer service...I sent it yesterday during working hours. But I get it, I just have to wait....unless there is some trick to it

You have already created a ticket. Because it's the weekend, it can take a bit longer than normal. If you haven't heard anything by tomorrow, do another follow up request with the number you were given.
I however wish to clarify something. Is it the SIM card PUK you need or is it Samsung related?
