Got the SIM PUK number from customer service and all is back to normal--woo hoo!. Sending a direct message to Customer Service here seemed faster than the ticket route. Just my experience. Thanks to all who helped.
It is a SIM PUK that is needed. I was hoping someone had a better way to get in touch with customer service...I sent it yesterday during working hours. But I get it, I just have to wait....unless there is some trick to it
