URGENT Identity theft

I was drugged and my iphone is compromised. this person has access to all phone number and password face id. he turned off find my device i couldn't wipe the phone and he still has access to my phone and phone number.

i need help to regain access to my phone number, but the login to the account has 2fa of my compromised phone number and i couldn't login. please help

I really need urgent help or wish someone can help me on call. I tried sending message to the support but i am still having issues.

1. this person has full access to my iphone, identity, logins, phone number. Even my cards

2. I fortunately froze my online banking and phone number but i need to regain access to this phone number

3. I was asked to provide the number of the card being used for the billing but I'm not able to provide it since the banking app are frozen and my cards are stolen. So this is the issue that makes it hard to confirm my identity.

4. i was also asked to provide account number but I'm only able to provide the last 4 digits.

5. I'm hoping if there's a way for me to authenticate myself in person with my ID or perhaps by call
