I switched to the US-Canada plan at the beginning of this month and had service when I first moved from Canada to the US. Yesterday, I suddenly noticed I cannot make outgoing calls. When I hit dial, it loads for a moment then hangs up without ringing. I have data but I need to be able to make calls.
I tried resetting my network settings, it did not help.
Please help ASAP!

Which model phone do you have? Is it VoLTE compatible with PM service?

If it is not VoLTE compatible, calling quality would vary depending on location. You would need to connect to the T mobile 2G network for voice calls.
If avaiable in your area, you might want to manually to try to connect to one of the three US partners. Either T mobile. AT&T or Verizon. Try to see if one of the other carrier provide better voice service.

@AmirRoshankar , what phone are you using? It sounds like the phone is not VoLTE compliant/enabled. Is this is the case you can only make phone calls when connected to T-Mobile and there's 2G network in the area.
