Which model phone?

If Android, might want to check your APN Settings:

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or             default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

@Help9 physical sim or eSIM??

make sure to remove old sim from previous mobile carrier or disable old esim.  And then go to click Reset Network Settings

Talk is fine but cannot send/receive texts or access data unless connected to wifi.  I have tried all suggested solutions from chat box and tried rebooting phone. Nothing helps so far.

Which model phone are you using? 

May a reboot of your phone.  Or network reset of phone.
