Hi, I purchased the add-on for 1000 UK LD minutes; but when I tried calling several hotels in the UK, I only got a message from Public Mobile that either the call could not be completed or I have used all my available minutes. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.

I mustn't have been dialing the number correctly, as I just made a call to the UK and it went through (without the added international minutes). Thank you

NO, you don't need International LD add-on to call UK. You are good if you have the UK calling
how you make the calls?
calling UK, drop the 0 before the area code
For example, calling London number 020 8765 4321 should be just call 01144 20 8765 4321 (you can also try +44 20 8765 4321)
Calling Manchester number 0161 765 4321 should be just 01144 161 765 4321 (you can also try +44 161 7654321
**Calls made to numbers starting with the following UK codes are not included in UK calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialled: 4470, 44870-44879, 44843-44845.

Did you check your account to make sure the INTL minutes were added?
Log into your Public Mobile account, then click on Subscriptions and Add-ons.
Then check Add-Ons Usage on your left side. If it's not their, you may need to clear your cache in your browser settings. Once you've done that, restart your browser and log back in. Check again. If it's not there, then contact customer service here.
