It would be in step 4 on the payment section to add your referral code.

@Calladine it is at the payment confirmation page. Order Summary page, click Apply promo and/or referral code

If you missed that and activated or don't want to look, you can open ticket with support after activation.  The one who just joined will open a single ticket for both sides

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
