I was trying to reach out to CRA 1-800-959-8281, but it says "UC 2 the number you dialed is not in service." I tried few times with my phone, but all failed to connect. However, when I tried with my kid phone, it reached out well.
Is my smartphone hacked or infected by malware or something?

Hi @gunsrow , Hopefully your issue has been resolved. I had a similar issue as you and there was a systemwide error. Rest assured, your phone should not be hacked or with malware.

I did submit a ticket for this yesterday. A Koodo tech contacted me via text and resolved the issue on their end. Calls are now working for me.

@gunsrow Lots of issues for folks right now with voice making and receiving calls PM is aware and working on it .. some have been able to reach support and get it fixed right away
