Txt and Call not working

I just switched my phone service from Fizz to Chatr Mobile, getting a sweet deal of $20 for 60GB. My mobile data works fine on my new Public Mobile line, but I can't make calls or send texts right now.

Since I really need these services for work, could you please fix this ASAP? Your quick help would be awesome.

@Ni_k  Porting / transferring number can take 2-4 hours , but you can get status update or have the port request re triggered if needed 

You can try porting team for live support , will send you the number private message as we not allowed to post it here
