Having trouble to port out my number to Fizz from Public Mobile

Hello I am having trouble to say yes or even when I call I did say I accept to transfer and port out my number to fizz it would not let me send the message properly as well correctly.

hi @CityPopJapan777 

to port out, you need to get a text message from PM and you need to reply Yes to it.  You got that text yet?

if not, you will have to contact your new carrier and ask them to check and resubmit the port request
