Two days after port and still can't receive calls

I signed up with PM on Tuesday, but I still can't receive incoming calls.  It goes straight to my voicemail.  I can make outgoing calls and data works.

 

I ported my cell number from Cityfone.

 

Is it supposed to take this long when porting a cell number over to Public Mobile?

Mine worked instantly... I was on Wind.

Sorry to hear that you can't receive any phone calls.

 

This is an indication that the port did not go through properly - I'll take care of it right away.

 

Can you please provide message me your PM phone number, the # you wish to port along with the account # associated ?
