Hi I need help. I have many accounts with PM, in all cases except this one account I am good and I know I need a different email per account. For some reason when I try to access my sons account the email goes to my account email so I can't access his account to change anything. Is there a moderator that can change his email account to his email so I can access it and fix it?

Yeah when I say I forgot my email it sends the link to my email once I enter his phone number. How do I contact support

@Honzo Maybe you need to contact support to get it straightened out . As you’re aware only one email for each account . So one of them has to have a different email . You could try forgot email option for one of them to see what email get a code sent to it also

@Honzo It’s a cache issues clear your web browser cache and cookies and try again incognito mode / private mode or from another device for your sons account . Also if on the website try the app instead
