IF YOU ARE TRANSFERRING (PORTING) THEN FOLLOW BELOW 4 STEPS

- Reply YES to SMS message from your current Provider to Transfer your number.
- Wait for mobile signal to 100% disappear from your current provider it may take 1-2 hours to complete the porting process.

Give a call to Walmart and see if the sim is free there today, if not they may have some ideas when will the next promotion be.

Don't forget to bring your friend's referral code with you, they are accepted in stores too.

Is it Publicmobile sim? 

If you use it it's already activated

You cannot get new service on a sim that was already activated in past

If it's 20 digits it may be from another provider.

Walmart gives often free sim cards if you activate in store, you can still use your friend's referral there too get extra rewards
