Hi All,
I am currently in the process of trying to port over two numbers from Rogers and not having any luck at all. The first one I tried to port didn't go because I entered the wrong account number so understandbily I am waiting for a response back from a mod on that. The second number though I know 100% I put all the correct information in and I still got the error message telling me to submit a ticket.
I sent a message to the mods a few hours ago but I haven't head back, I guess I'm just hoping some kind soul sees this message and is able to lend a hand.

There are ways to do it, for example adding +1 at the end of your email address. eg: yourname+1@gmail.com

I actually learned a new trick today. Google allows you to add "+1" or "+2" and so on for this very purpose.
I currently have three PM accounts linked to my email address. For example:
Your first account is linked to your main email account: yourname@gmail.com
Your second account is linked to your email as follows: yourname+1@gmail.com
Your third account is linked as yourname+2@gmail.com
..and so on for all of your accounts!

Just a question: Did you create the second account with Public Mobile with a different e-mail address? You cannot have two accounts with the same e-mail address.

I really don't understand why number porting is such a big hassle, since it is one of the most common thing people do...

go ahead and send the second message as its a different issue. but make sure you are clear that it is a seperate port. better yet restate both requests in one new message. and say please ingore teh frst message as this one contains all the needed info.

That message is outdated. There is no SIM & Activation online form. Just need to wait from the moderators.

...I was looking for the same form. I'm also hesitant to send a message about the second line sicne I've already sent one for the first.

I am running into a similar problem, when I did the form originally, it seems to have gone okay, but 24 hours later I received a text from PM that says
"Public Mobile here: We're experiencing difficulties processing your request to move to Public Mobile. Please go to PublicMobile.ca, click Contact us and complete the SIM & Activation online form. Thanks."
I am not really sure where that form is, is it the same one when I created my account? Do I need to do it again?
Confused.

Sounds like you've done all you can for now. Just need to wait for the Moderator Team to answer - could be 24-48hrs.
