I can only reach a blank page with Forbidden AI at the top left. Cleared my browser cache/cookies, tried incognito browsing and a different browser without luck. Need access to my account to bump up my data.
Someone posted this link which at least got me to this community support page:

When I try to start a chat, it is only in French (I've switched the page to English).
This is really quite amusing if it wasn't such bad online service.

App and site down for hours? Its still down?
Took an hour to login to account and community Took a nap truly waiting. Used cleaned incognito browser and took an hour
How can I create another ID when it says it is not authentic but you can see up right logged in

Yes same here i think they do maintenance at night.. I cannot login right now either.
