I recently upgraded my plan to more data to try it out, but after about two weeks I’ve realized it doesn’t meet my needs. I went back into my account settings to switch to a lower or previous plan, but I’m not seeing any options to do so. Is there a way to revert to my previous plan or downgrade my subscription?

Ok thank you for the info, I was not aware. Looks like I will have to cancel the subscription. I appreciate everyone's feedback.

you should have asked the Community before.
the $10 plan is now $13 and is no longer being offered to anyone. Once you give up the plan, it is gone forever.
With a $45 plan, you should be able to downgrade to some $39 or $35 plan, or even $29 sometimes. Check again and check weekly

I originally had my mother on the basic $10/month plan. Since she needed more data for a short period, I reached out to the chatbot to confirm whether we could upgrade for a month or so and then revert back to some other lower plan if needed. I was advised that this would be possible, so we proceeded with upgrading to the $45 plan.
Due to an unexpected family matter, we’ve decided that it no longer makes sense to remain on the higher plan. I attempted to switch back to the any lower plan through my account, but I’m not seeing any available downgrade options.

@Stirredcoffee PM has made it almost impossible to downgrade your plan. At one time you could change back and forth without issue. They now only let you sign up for plans that show in your app under manage subscription. Occasionally you may see one slightly cheaper than what you have but you need to keep checking. If you take it you may eventually see a cheaper one again. I only see more expensive plans right now, though I did see a cheaper one ($5 cheaper) awhile ago.

Downgrade is possible but it usually has less choices
but what plan do you have? if you have plans $30 or less, it is true usually it is harder to downgrade. So, it is what it is
