Trying to complete my activation

Hi all, I started subscription process though website, then at the end I donwloaded PM app to finish activation.

The issue is that every time I try to login on the app it redirects to the login page again... I cannot finish my activation. No error messages, no nothing...

@daialeao  yes, it is usually better to just start the activation with the browser

did you try to uninstall the app and reinstall and try? 

if that gives you the same error, you will need CS agent to help.

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
