Trying to change my plan, but no options displayed in new plan window

Hi, I am trying to change my plan through my account, but I can't see any option. Please help.

It was working when I did the screenshot and I just checked again now and it is still working.

@JoyLuck that link wasn't working for me this morning either I think the OP is having the same issue I had. The page would show all the boxes but nothing in them.

You you are unable to change your plan then try submitting a ticket.

@CatCat Currently it seems that self-service has some issues. Probably would be better to try doing it later today.

@CatCat try on incognito mode, clear your cache and history. This happened to me this morning and after an hour or so it worked again. Sign out of your browser and try a different browser. 

 

Public Must be working on some bugs or something that makes the data no available.
