Trying to buy $30 US add-on but payment issue

Added $40 to my account this morning to pay for US add-on, but when I click on "deduct from account" to pay for, get message "Sorry/ we're unable to process your payment at this time".  This has been happening for 3 hours now and it is time-sensitive as I leave for US early in the a.m. tomorrow.

Searched the issue and I did try to do via "incognito" mode...didn't work.  

Chatbot not helpful.

Any advice?

thk you!  worked after a while.  Think it "bumped into" the monthly payment coming out same day.

Working now!  Thinking it was "bumping into" my next month's payment.

Might want to try a different web browser or clear cache. The website is finicky. 

You can also try calling 611 on your phone.  See whether you can purchase add via 611.

I actually added $30 initially about 3 hours ago....and added another $10 and cleared the cart/tried again little while ago but still didn't work.

Today my "monthly" payment also went through...so maybe that "confused" the system as well

Will try again in awhile as you suggested...thk you!

so, you added the $40 already and you see it there in Available Fund?

If you are not in a rush, please wait at least an hour and try again using Incognito mode to login My Account and buy, it should work
