Hello! I was gone for a few weeks so I did not pay my public mobile payment on time so service was deactivated (as expected). However, when I tried to start a new 90 day plan, and after paying for it, only the amount for my previous 30 day plan was taken and activated.
Now I have paid for and activated a 30 day plan when I wanted a 90 day plan. Please let me know what I am supposed to do now, as I believe this is an error on the Public Mobile payment page. Thanks!

@ellenyw, you will need to message a mod to make this change. Only a MOD can change the plan on a suspended account. Unfortunately they are gone for the night and will be back at 9 AM ET
