Tried to pay with new credit card but it won't let me update info

Luckily didn't receive that when I changed it today

hi @chr15 people might get an "oops" error for updating payment info or paying, very common issue with not just PM, but Telus family as a whole

hey @Dan34 

Are you going to 'Payments' → 'Manage Subscription' → 'Manage Payment Method', then updating your card from there?

I just changed my payment method earlier today but with no issues. What error message are you getting?

hi @Dan34 updating card always is an adventure 

wait an hour and then use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to try again
