Dear PM Community,
I'm having troubles activating my sim card via self serve portal. I've done all steps and it's seems to be "all good", even my online bank says that I paid for the plan.
Altough I don't have a phone number assigned to my sim and it says "out of service". Can't connect to the network... So I'm assuming activation issues?
Please advise.
